Because each art print is made to order and each original painting is a one-of-a-kind piece, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or general dissatisfaction. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Your artwork should arrive safely and beautifully. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at brandiwhytestudio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the artwork and the packaging

This helps us quickly assess what happened so we can make it right.

Refunds & Replacements
If your issue qualifies, we will offer a refund or replacement depending on the item:

  • Art Prints: May be refunded or reprinted and sent at no additional cost.
  • Original Artwork: Because originals are one-of-a-kind, refunds may be issued, but replacements are not possible.

In rare situations, we may ask you to return the item for review. If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take extra time to post the refund.
